How does Mobile SME work?

What are your working hours?

We are available from 9 AM to 9 PM. We try our best to be as responsive as possible. In case you don’t manage to reach us on our helpline, please drop an email at contact@mobilesme.in. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

How long will the repair take?

It will usually take 1 to 2 hours to fix the broken screen. However, it all depends on the time we receive the device, depending on your location and part availability.

How to get my device prepared for repair?

We recommend you to please back-up all your personal data available on the device. Data might be lost during repairing; if you didn't back it up for any reason, we will not be responsible for lost data.

Before proceeding with the repair, we will ask for your approval to erase the data if required via phone call. In case you are unavailable, we will not proceed until we hear from you. This might increase the time required for repair.

How to check the status of my repair?

We will keep you updated time-to-time or even you can call us to our customer support number.

What is pick-up & drop service and how can I avail it?

Pick-up & drop service allows you to ship your device to our service center through authorized logistics for free. Once the device has been repaired, we will also ship it back to your address.

Will there be any warranty for the service offered?

Yes. Based on the type of service you take, warranty will be provided. Please talk to our customer support for more details.

Is there any hidden cost?

We firmly believe in fair and transparent pricing. All charges mentioned are inclusive of all taxes. There are no hidden costs at all. You will be charged as quoted.

Do you use originally manufactured screens or locally available alternatives?

Only the best quality screens qualify our testing and grading process. Be rest assured that all parts used by us are 100% safe. Only a device manufacturer’s authorized service provider can claim their parts as original. Mobile SME uses OEM top quality parts for any repair service. The functionality and sensitivity of the parts are at par with their original counterparts. Hence, we provide 3 month warranty on our spare parts.

Will your technician also fix any other issue of my phone?

It is definitely on the cards but for now, we only offer screen replacement. Please let us know in advance for any issue with your device and, we will try our best to help.

What if I change my mind after I have scheduled an appointment?

No hard feelings, as we respect your decision. However, please let us know your preferred time and location and we will reschedule your repair request accordingly. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel the request, please drop and email at contact@mobilesme.in.

After the screen is replaced, if I don’t like the screen will you return my money?

We use the best quality screens available in the market and hence it is unlikely that you will feel the need to change it. Our technician will show and let you use the new screen before the final replacement happens. However, if you still don’t like it, we will not proceed with the screen replacement and won’t charge you a penny. Also, in case you face any display issues post the screen replacement, we offer a 7-day Money Back Guarantee.

What If your technician damages my phone, while replacing the screen?

We take full responsibility for the phone once it is handed over to us. There is minimal chance of causing any damage since our team consists of trained professionals. However, in the unlikely event that a damage is caused at our end, we will fix your phone at our cost and return it back in its original condition. When we say it, we mean it. Be rest assured that your device is in safe hands.

When and how can I make the payment?

You need to pay only when the screen is replaced and you are fully satisfied with the service. You can either pay in cash or transfer the money online via PayTM or Bank Transfer.

How do I cancel/reschedule my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can simply cancel or reschedule it from your order details page itself. You can also go to your profile section, then under orders, you can cancel any of your active orders that you wish to. However we would need a reason for your cancellation or rescheduled appointment in order to understand and help you server better.

How much time will Mobile SME take to resolve my query?
